Today we announced our intention to separate the Sandoz business to create a standalone company by way of a 100% spin-off.
Together, Novartis and Sandoz have an extraordinary impact on human health. As separate companies, we would carry forward different but important legacies, and I believe we would be set up to make even greater strides toward realizing the healthier future we know is within our reach.
